Orders shall be processed during business hours – Monday through Friday – 9am to 5pm.
Orders typically ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Return / Exchange Policy:
Elevation Printing Services may accept a return or exchange in the following instances:
1) Product is defective or damaged – Elevation shall make the final determination on what constitutes a defective or damaged print.
2) Order was delivered incorrectly or lost in transit.
